Decathlon Dubai Mall

As usual, you get all you need for your next travel plans or any begining of any sports. The prices are decent with a lot of on going discounts. The stuffs are well behaved and all the time there to help me. I always have an awesome experience in Decathlon. That's the only shipping place, I can spend a whole day.

Have visited them 3 times in the last 2 months to shop for hiking essentials and the experience has been excellent. The staff Ms. Sheryl has been so kind & helpful in explaining the details of the product & how to use it. Her patience and expertise in explaining the products were invaluable. And this made us confident to buy the products. Sheryl your dedication and enthusiasm to customer satisfaction is truly appreciated. Thank you for your exceptional service each time we visited Decathalon at Dubai Mall.

I’m deeply unsatisfactory and unprofessional conduct of the store manager at your Decathlon branch in Dubai Mall. This incident occurred today, June 14, 2025, and has left me utterly appalled, especially as a loyal customer of Decathlon for the past thirteen years. The manager exhibited an arrogant and unhelpful attitude throughout my interaction. My primary concerns are as follows: * Refusal to Provide Contact Information: When requested, the manager outright refused to provide his contact details, which is highly unusual and obstructive. * Interference with Refund Process: The manager actively prevented his cashier from issuing a refund card, directly impeding my consumer right to a refund. * Lack of Transparency Regarding Customer Service: He consistently refused to provide any information regarding Decathlon's customer care contact details or the contact information for his superior/next-line manager. This deliberate withholding of information makes it incredibly difficult for a customer to escalate a complaint or seek resolution. * Unprofessional and Arrogant Demeanor: Beyond the specific actions, the manager's overall attitude was highly unprofessional and arrogant. His demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful, which is unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing leadership role. His actions not only demonstrate a severe lack of customer service but also appear to be in non-compliance with consumer rights and potentially local laws in the UAE regarding customer service and refunds. As a consumer, I have the right to transparent information and a fair process for returns and refunds. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. As a dedicated customer for over a decade, I have always held Decathlon in high regard for its products and service. However, this incident has severely damaged my perception of your company, and I am now reconsidering any future purchases from Decathlon.
