Esther is truly outstanding. Her customer service is exceptional consistently professional, courteous, warm, and incredibly efficient. She always goes the extra mile to help, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the job done properly. What really stood out to me was her reliability she told me she would call me at 3pm, and she called me at exactly 3pm. That kind of punctuality and follow-through is so so appreciated. Every interaction I have had with Esther has been smooth, friendly, and reassuring. She’s the kind of person who gets things sorted without any fuss and makes you feel completely taken care of. Truly a credit to her team absolutely amazing! I do not have enough words to praise her professionalism and efficiency.

If I could give 10 stars I would! DED cafe’s so efficient. From the time we inquired about getting an e-trader license- the lady at the reception- Esther- was very accommodating and friendly. Manu was the one who assisted me on getting the e-trader license. He assisted me from A-Z and the whole process was seamless! 100% on Great customer service. Highly recommend DED cafe!
