I took the Pilates advanced class with Prashant and the class was excellent. It was on a Saturday and it was the perfect way to start my day as it worked all muscle groups and even though it is a very intense class, I highly recommend it if you have been doing Pilates for a while. It challenges you in unimaginable ways and is one of the best workouts for overall fitness. You’ll love it. They are super clean and maintain a very high hygiene standard. I highly recommend this studio.
The class with Prashant was amazing. He gives direction well and makes sure everyone follow through. I can really feel the burn on my upper body and glutes. Will surely attend his class again. Thank youuuu
I really like this studio 💜 The staff are very professional. It’s a nice, new studio. As a beginner, I really appreciated how everything was explained to me in detail. And I definitely plan to continue 💪

I had an amazing experience at the Defeat fitness studio in tried Pilates class , trying out their advanced Pilates class. The instructor was incredibly professional and guided the session with expertise. The workout was intense but enjoyable—I'm already feeling it in my thighs! 😆 Definitely a class I’d recommend for anyone looking to challenge themselves Paid parking 🅿️
