I am writing to express my concern regarding the delivery service for my recent order. Despite clearly specifying the delivery address, preferred date, and time in the instructions, the delivery person has not followed these directions. To clarify: • The delivery date and time were explicitly mentioned. • The exact address was provided in the order details. • incorrect time, which is unacceptable. Please ensure that the delivery is made strictly as per the provided instructions without any further delay or miscommunication. I kindly ask for confirmation that this issue will be resolved promptly.

Today I received a product I order perfume but i received broken i call delivery boy to collect it back he didn’t collect and he said call for customer service i called several times they will not respond. I need money back or replacement.

Very bad products they are cheating to us. I ordered 3 different color t shirt but they delivered same color . I am calling them since 3 days but no one answering a call also no response in whats app so i am requesting to everyone please don’t buy their products
