We had an excellent experience with the cleaning service provided by Deluxe Holiday Homes. A special thank you to Venkatesh and Balaraju and his team — they were incredibly thorough, professional, and efficient. The property was spotless, and their attention to detail truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this crew if you’re looking for top-quality service in Dubai!

We entered at 4pm which is one hour after our checkin time and the place was still not cleared up. We had to sit in one are for the first 1.5 hours to allow the cleaners clean the are while we were there.There were bin bags across the front gate and cleaning equipments. There was a fooseball table and darts of which the ball for fooseball and darts of the dart board were all broken. We requested for new ones and they didnt respond after telling us they would check and get back. This is not something you expect when you are coming for a holiday to a premium villa in palm to stay

The apartment I rent through them was super clean and exactly like the photo that they posted on their website. They’ve been always ready for help at any time . Most of the reviews currently being posted here are submitted simultaneously on the same day using multiple different accounts. Furthermore, 90% of these accounts have only one or two reviews in total. I am a genuine customer who booked accommodation through this platform, and I have all the necessary evidence to support my claims. First of all, the accommodation was infested with cockroaches, as clearly shown in the photos I have attached below. In addition, this place has significantly delayed the refund process for several weeks. I am sharing this to prevent others from experiencing the same issues. I am preparing to report this matter to the Dubai Department of Tourism as well as other relevant authorities. Please refer to my attached photos and consider why this business continues to manipulate reviews using newly created accounts.

Each one of them was incredibly helpful, kind, and prompt. They made us feel taken care of and always followed through on anything we needed.
