By far worst service experience I ever had in Dubai: - SLA says 3-5 working days – I got an automated response after 14 days - All information shared when opening a ticket. Still requesting the same information again - I received emails but there is not way to respond. The email comes from a no-reply email, there is no option to open the ticket on the website, no email communicated. - While they take their sweet time they feel entitled to close a matter within 24 hours if you don't react immediately - I had a simple customer rights case, but all of a sudden this is not your "jurisdiction" The entire process is designed to fail. Have a look at the email below. You can not respond to the email. How do you provide more documents?

New branch is terrible in Zabeel. The lady who sits on the second counter from the left I think doesn’t want to work or sitting there by force! So rude! So arrogant! It didn’t worth my long search and visit!

Don’t know why they are open on Saturday! Came for trade license renewal, one counter open and over 6 other people in the queue!! Unbelievable,,, Asked: where are other members of the Center! Answer: all went for a meeting !!!

I visited the Department of Economic Development in the Dubai Mall, 7 November 2021 at about 11:30. I went there to use the interactive machine to update my Emirates ID. The only interaction with the staff that I had was with a security officer, who was most helpful in guiding me to the machine and then advising me on it's use. Based on my experience whilst visiting this office I rate this visit 5 star.
