Regretfully, my interview was a waste of time during an already difficult phase. Manager Zain and a sales team member were rude and unprofessional — a sentiment echoed by other candidates. HR didn’t screen CVs properly, even pre & Post -application, leading to pointless discussions. Shockingly, termination was brought up mid-interview. A title or a 10x10 cabin doesn’t justify disrespect or playing with someone’s career.

One of the worst organization in sharjah (marzooqi tower) started working with them from 10th of june got my offer letter on 19th june, worked in there sales department (credit card for Cbd bank under ismail team) and after 38 days still they didnt pay my salary i sent the resignation through mail and demand my salary on which the Hr ponmani said that we will inform you through mail now its been more then 2 months now still didnt receive my pending salary of 1 month, making more than 300 cold calls per day, extended working hours and break of half an hour in 10 hours pathetic organization with no humanity! Me along with 2 other employees didnt receive our salary upon asking they always says still pending!

Derby is a place where you can grow, improve and step forward. I see this company as s cosmopolitan institution whrere you meet and coordinate with people from different ethnics and nationalities.Here, I could figure our that you would always find help and support from your colleagues, team leaders and managers. It was a turning point in my life when I started working with Derby. It was a great pleasure also, to know compassionate hardworking managers like Crystal and Ruba.

As the rest of the comments says it all. The company itself is a scam. Even workers in this company got scam. As much as i want to pay my debts i don't want to get scam. They all have target here. If you want to pay for your debt. Ask them for a settlement plan. They will not give a proper settlement month unless you pay any amount from them. Don't pay anything without any valid settlement plan. Think about it. They will all threaten you to pay.

I have to report this company very seriously. Since my Emirates NBD account has been closed for more than half a year without any consumption, I received many calls and Email from the team leader Mr. Nilesh Dabhade, He asked me to pay AED97 without any reason, which makes me suspect that this is a fraudulent company. If you need the customer to do payment, please provide the consumption record of the bill, please do not just tell the customer an amount, and also send a warning letter, may I ask whether this is a professional and formal bank collection company?
