I visited Desco BurJuman expecting the business to open at 10:00 AM as advertised. However, the two Indian staff members arrived only 10 minutes before opening without the key. The staff member with the key didn’t arrive until 10:05 AM, which meant the business opened late. This delay shows a lack of professionalism and readiness. Staff should be on-site at least 10 minutes before opening to prepare and be ready to serve customers on time. I hope the management addresses this and improves punctuality moving forward.
