I have called the desert group 5 times in the past 10 days trying to book an appointment for them to come and give me a quotation. I want to change the garden in my villa and add new outdoor flooring. They keep saying that they will call me back the same day and then they don’t. Last time I spoke to them I even told them that if they are too busy and can’t take the job to please just let me know so I can find someone else to do it. They apologize and said they will call me back and again NOTHING! This is very frustrating. At some point because the guy realized how unprofessional this is he said he will send someone within the next 5 days, but without giving me an specific day or time!!. I’m very disappointed at the poor level of organization and customer service. I will make sure to tell anyone that asks how bad this business is

Do not waste your time with this company. 1) their staff never show up on time 2) I had to call their head office and speak to their HR about the lack of commitment from their staff. 3) their allocated staff do not answer calls or whatsapps 4) you have to wait 3-4 weeks to get a quotation. 5) the prices are ridiculous, over the average market standards. 6) they will not fix anything unless you sign an annual maintenance contract with them.(twisting a clients arms is not a professional marketing tactic) 5) I got a 25000dhs quotation for 3 mini palm trees, 900sqm of fake grass and 7 trees (which already have irrigation). RIDICULOUS. To lanscape a 1890sqm garden, the minimum budget they work with is 1 million dirhams. Do not even bother with Desert Group.
