*** BE AWARE *** These guys will advertise for a package and will up charge you every step of the way. They advertise that you will get picked up at 3 pm, but driver didn’t show up until 4:30 pm which caused us not to do one of the activities that was on the website. We arrived at camp and immediately taken to the shop to buy head scarfs that were 3 times as expensive if you purchased from town before you arrive there. There was a price sticker for 115 AED but the sales guy tried to charge 150 AED. Then came to the quads! We paid for 4 quads - and the guy upsold us the heavier and two seater quad but still gave us the same single seater quad that everyone else got - SCAM. Every step of the way there are beggars with Falcons, and camels and people that try to take you picture. BE AWARE THAT WILL PRINT YOUR PICTURES AND TRY TO SELL YOU PICTURES FOR UPWARD OF 50 AED. Dune bashing in a 4x4 SUV was a disaster with an over packed SUV (Mind you we paid good money already to get a personalized experience. We arrived at them camp site where we were promised unlimited drinks, coffee and tea. As soon as we arrived they charged for a VIP seating at 50-80 AED, but didn’t get any VIP experience. A guy came to take our picture, I asked him specifically if that was included in my package (I was assured), until he returned with printed pictures demanding 50 AED per print. I told me at that time that picture taking was included not the prints - SCAM. All things included, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. I would look for a more reliable source than these guys. UPDATE - you claim I didn’t pay then you don’t mind us disputing all those charges through my credit cards. Also it’s interesting that you try to flood the google reviews from all your buddies. *** ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM THEIR COHORTS ***. Desert Safari experience was brilliant due to our tour guide Yasir. He was genuinely amazing and so helpful offering drinks and making the tour very interesting. He kept assuring we were comfortable and made us have the best experience. If I ever come back to this safari with my family again I will definitely ask for Yasir to be my chauffeur!!
