A friend recommended your company to me, and I am very grateful to him. I did not regret it for a moment. I had a mishap when asked them to install tiles for my balconies, that was the worst decision They told me they had years of experience and that they were professionals. As it turned out all of that was only to lure the client and take 90% of the payment in advance. Once the money was prepaid the attitude changed and the result of the so-called installation you can see in the attached pictures. First they glued the tiles and didn’t clean up the surface, the glue hardened inside the gaps and on the tile surface and they spent more than 4.5 hours next day to take it out with metallic instruments, chipped in a few places, and later claimed that I had to pay for the extra time they spend.. well when you lack basic skills and understanding of course you will need all that time. I’m not even talking about them being unable to level the tiles which of course they blamed on my expensive porcelain tiles being the problem) They left epoxy grout unwiped and left, completely disregarding the installation technique, I have seen them googling how to mix the grout before the installation, it is clear they had no idea how to even mix it. Now the grout has hardened, they claim the “cleaning” is not supposed to be done by them and they installed tiles and they look ok and the job is done! The pictures show the finished product of their installation, that’s how they handed it over to me

Desert Rise Contracting & Renovations did an amazing job on our project. The team was friendly, skilled, and very professional. They paid great attention to every detail and made sure everything was perfect. Even small issues were handled quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work in Dubai.

They were supposed to add switches and sockets and do other work in my apartment Below is the result after we installed the frames for the socket and switch boxes that they made…I have contacted them with pictures and their “manager” said it cannot be that their team did this You are really hilarious, guys Sometimes using the measuring tape would help, seems like that’s too complicated a tool for you.. They have messed up literally everything from the list of small tasks they were supposed to do, I had to fight for them to come back and try and fix a few other things after they left the apartment in a mess and their “manager” was extremely rude saying that I could as well go to the court and complain because they do it this way for everyone and they leave it all messy like that and no one complains and that the “contract” says they are supposed to do it, but it doesn’t say how exactly they should do it, like the quality is not guaranteed as long as it is done.. done somehow.. anyhow.. Poor clients of theirs Well, my best advice would be stay away from this company
