I had the pleasure of meeting Sofia at a Pilates class I had booked on to, and we randomly got chatting afterwards. I was drawn to her uplifting energy and she invited me to attend a yoga class on the beach that she was teaching the following day. As a beginner on her wellness journey I decided to give it a go and I’m so pleased I did! I thoroughly enjoyed the class and will definitely be attending more in the future! Sofia is a beautiful soul with a wonderful energy that transfers onto her clients. I left the class feeling so revived and relaxed and super excited for the next one! Not only is she an amazing teacher but I’ve found an amazing friend in her also! Thank you Sofia!

I've done a few Yoga sessions with Sofia, and she's amazing, I look forward to doing many more. She is very humble and pays great attention to the body's limits, and helps to get the correct shape and stance. Every session I've done, I could open up my body more and felt relaxed & refreshed. I thank Sofia for guiding me and explaining the importance of maintaining the breath & posture, would definitely recommend trying out sessions with her.
