I booked a Platinum Wash and Suspension Wash today. When I arrived, the staff surprisingly asked me what a suspension wash is — which was odd since it was part of the service I booked. I also made it clear not to remove the fender liners and just clean everything inside the wheel well, but they still went ahead and removed them, which was frustrating. That said, the end result was superb. The car looked fantastic and the cleaning quality was top-notch. Despite the miscommunication, I’m still considering going back to try their other services, hoping for a smoother experience next time.

Hands down the best car and garage wash in Dubai. Never seen another car wash but this much detail (as the name goes) and care into ensuring that the entire car is spotless. I’ve tried all of the car washes here, and this is the only spot that I come back to. Do yourself a favor and come here. You’ll understand how good they are and how bad everyone else is once you try them.

Took my car in today for the platinum car wash package, as the car was super sandy from the inside after 7 hours of extreme dune bashing in the desert, and Ahmed made sure that the car was left spotless and super clean with not a single grain of sand inside. Thank you Ahmed and excellent work !!

They are probably the best car washing service available out there for the price bracket they offer. I took in my tesla for their 150AED package and swear every dirham was worth it. I am definitely visiting them once a month to keep the cars in esteem condition! Highly Recommendable If for the sake of feedback and improvement , I would suggest to have larger waiting area!

After conducting a research, I decided to take my car. From the moment I stepped in, I was convinced that they truly care about their work, respect their craft, and invest both time and money to ensure customers feel valued. Their dedication and effort were evident. I opted for a detailed interior cleaning service—no exterior treatments. If I were to rate my experience on a scale of 100, I would confidently give them 85-90. Would I go back? Definitely. Do I regret working with them? Not at all. That said, if I had to mention a minor issue, they claimed to have cleaned the fabric convertible top, but once it dried, I noticed that dirt remained. However, this wasn’t a major disappointment. Another point worth mentioning is that, the day after the detailing service, I checked a few spots on the dashboard with a wet wipe and noticed that some areas were not as thoroughly cleaned as expected. However, to be fair, removing years of accumulated dirt in a single session might not be possible. Perhaps after multiple sessions, the interior will reach an optimal level of cleanliness. I’m simply mentioning this for awareness, not as a significant complaint. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely return. Thank you.
