Exceptional Service & Incredible App Features — A True VIP Experience I had an outstanding experience with DEWA’s Team. Their communication was professional, kind, and responsive. I was in a time-sensitive situation as I needed to finalize my departure and requested a fast deposit refund after clearing everything and obtaining my clearance certificate. Not only did they respond quickly and consider my urgency, but they also processed my refund in less than 48 hours — something I truly didn’t expect. I felt seen, supported, and treated like a VIP customer. On top of that, the DEWA mobile app has been a lifesaver over the years — extremely easy to use, clear to track bills, and smooth to make payments. When it came to the final bill, I was able to adjust the disconnection date and time in advance, which was an incredible feature and made planning my move so much easier. This is Mrs Shanti sharma (atulya sharma) I am living in dubai for last 27 years And recently stuck with a tragedy of losing my husband at Dubai. And hence I am running pillar to post to getting my things done in my name after his death. I visited dewa offis in Al tawar and to my utter surprise and happiness the staff there and specially to mention Ms Azzah Ibrahim was my consultant for my need.. I actually hav tears in my eyes that she was so so so cordial pleasant and helpful to me in getting my things done. I think this dewa offis should be a example for all other govt offices where public visit with so much problems to solve inspire busy schedules.
