This area is completely cut off. Entering is only possible with prior arrangements and prior approval by Dubai authorities. Once at the gate you may expect some additional delays in handing out the entry pass as wells as daily changing regulations and rules. Bring a lot of time.

I live in 52|42 EMAAR, the noise from the station is very loud! I can't sleep at night! Made a lot of complaints to the DEWA but the can't not solve the problem!!!
