DHP Residency

We lived here for almost 3 years and we left because we were coming back to our home country. The layout of the apartment were big and it is a solid construction that make you reduce the noise from outside and other neighbors. The security and maintenance team were very helpful and nice from day one to the end. The management were attentive and always there for us. They were very helpful from the beginning and specially with the leaving process. We lived in many buildings in DSO and the human factor and the location is what make us stay.

I stayed in this apartment (602) for 2 years. It's one of the best apartments in DSO. It has amazing view where you can observe sky, stars, birds and take pictures. I am uploading few pictures which I took during my stay here. Also there is good view from gym's balcony Plus: 1. Very good maintenance team. They come and fix things soon. 2. Building contract is Direct from owner though you have option to come through an agent 3. Enough shed parking space and even guest parking available for any guest coming to visit you 4. Well-maintained Gym and swimming pool 5. Grocery and pharmacy nearby Minus: 1. Any damage including the water heater which is 500 dirhams or below 500 will be bared by tenants. Its mentioned in your contract so make sure you read your contract unlike me 😁 2. There is no seating in lobby. The lobby area is very small. 3. Mosque isn't nearby.

I resided in DHP for three years, and the location offers convenient access to various amenities. However, it is essential to exercise caution when interacting with DHP management, as they tend to prioritize financial gain and may attempt to extract as much money from tenants as possible. If you manage to retrieve your deposit, consider yourself fortunate. It is advisable to document any existing damages in the apartment by taking photographs and ensuring they are sent via email or WhatsApp to DHP management upon your arrival as a new tenant. The rent is reasonable for the quality and location of the apartment, offering great value for money. I Stayed in dhp for almost 3 years , and now that i left i would like to thanks the bulding management as always been very helpful , security very helpful and supportive Dhp clean building and maintenance always there if anything happens they come directly, safe , easy parking , good location with all supermarkets , pharmacy, clinic, hospital everything , bulding gym always clean and trash rooms also
