Extremely Unacceptable Service from Diamond Shipping Our experience with Diamond Shipping has been a complete disaster. Since December 15th, they have failed to release our cargo, resulting in a delay of 19 days as of today. This delay has led to the cancellation of the product, causing us significant financial loss. We have now instructed our lawyer to recover the money, as Diamond Shipping’s negligence has made them liable for damages amounting to £200,000. Such reckless behavior and lack of accountability are completely unacceptable. We strongly advise others to avoid their services at all costs.

Very bad performance. Very late pick up. Me and my baby was waiting for 2 and a half hours at sea port for agent to come. Documents not presented at immigration office on time. Diamond demanded payments and we have to pay for iris scan without doing the same.
