Diamondlease Car Rental - Dubai Marina

I’ve been a regular customer of Diamondlease Car Rental for the last 2 years. The rental process is always smooth and hassle-free. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to answer all my questions and helping me with other tasks. All the cars I rented were in perfect condition—clean, well-maintained, and drove like a dream. I appreciated the transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and the return process is equally straightforward. I’ll definitely be renting from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and great customer care. Five stars!

They have provided a defective car, it took a long time for them to replace it. When they brought it back it still had the same issues. ( tyre issue, gear issue) plus passenger seatbelt blocked.

Diamondlease is my no.1 car rental in Dubai. I know this company for more than 10 years and use their services every year while in Dubai. They deliver and pickup car to/from my location! Efficient, with competitive pricing and most important very friendly and competent staff. And Ms Ignacia is my favourite person to deal with. Great staff, excellent service always.

Returned the car about five months ago now and this company are still taking money from my bank account, and it’s from a card I never even gave them permission to use. I’ve asked them what the money is for and they do not reply. Several emails now and still nothing back. I’ve reported this to my bank as the charges are unauthorised and unexplained. It needs to stop.

Pick up was on time from the Habtoor grand marina. Drop off was effortless. the car was great. Overall a very good experience with Diamondlease rent a car, I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again without hesitation...cheers
