Diamondlease Car Rental - Silicon Oasis

This by far the worse company I ever had to deal with, extremely unprofessional & horrible. They took us to parking, pitch black we could hardly see anything and they gave us the car, 15 minutes later we noticed that there is no plate number in-front of the car. However we tried to contact them but they were not helpful until the police intervened. The fact that we had to go to police to get someone to come down and bring us the replacement is absolutely disgraceful. The police officer even told the company this. These people think by behaving like this they are saving the company money but all they do is scaring their customers away. 100% not recommending this company.

The returning service was disappointing, especially the driver. I advise customers to be cautious with their valuable belongings during the car return process. Unfortunately, I forgot my sunglasses in the car at the time of return. The next day, I visited and inquired with the person who handled the return, but they claimed that no sunglasses were found in the car.

Terrible experience. Was given a car that was filthy and had number issues. They were not willing to replace and only charge me more to have a different car. Strongly recommend to stay clear of them.

Scammers ! Scammers ! Scammes! Charging fake amounts for some fake services ! They charge me " road assistance " 700 drh which I never used ! And they will cheat you for petrol ! They bring to me half tank petrol , and I return half tank ! But they charge me bill 160 aed as if I have to put for full tank ! And I sent them email with photo of tank when they bring me showing how much petrol it was and when I return how much petrol it was ! And never ever get any reply from them! They are cheating people for money and it will take ages to reach them and clarify why you they charge you !!!
