Fantastic company with highly skilled and certified fitness trainers. They are very flexible in terms of timing and are always happy to accommodate my schedule. Big shout out to my coach Afthab, he is an excellent trainer and is helping me achieve and surpass my training goals. Can definitely recommend him and DiFit overall.

I appreciate how open he is to adjusting the schedule when needed and how consistently he tailors the sessions to suit my pace and goals. Training with Eralda has been a great experience. She’s always punctual, calm, and brings a positive attitude that makes each session enjoyable. I really appreciated how she tailored the workouts to my needs, keeping them engaging and challenging—even during pregnancy. Her ability to adapt and keep things dynamic helped me stay motivated throughout. With a bit more focus on prenatal-specific exercises and some added guidance on nutrition and follow-ups, the experience could be even stronger. Been with Difit last 3 years, I renewed session previously neither Manager nor instructor informed about validity & non gave me access to site, every time I got in touch with instructor was informed we can resume soon & suddenly both Manager & instructor no more with the company. In April instructor confirmed 13 sessions pending & we can resume once she is back from vacation. As per Aswin my 13 sessions have already expired. High churning in the company in the end we loose money. I don’t recommend them at all
