District Gym

One of the best gym in Liwan community. Very neat and clean, Advanced equipments, Friendly staff. My personal trainer JIMSHA is so good and she having lots of experiments in Sports fitness and stretching . She really makes me comfortable during the sessions and push me a lot . I am really enjoying my sessions with her and I am highly recommending her for the people who is looking for weight loss , building strength and stamina.

I’ve been coming to this gym for several months now, and the results have exceeded all my expectations! 💪 The atmosphere is amazing — always clean, modern equipment, great ventilation, and good music. The trainers are true professionals: they help with technique, create personalized programs, and keep you motivated. You can really feel that they care about every member. After each workout, I’m full of energy and in a great mood for the rest of the day! Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants not just to train, but to truly enjoy the process. I can’t thank my trainer Jimsha enough for the incredible transformation I’ve had under her guidance .She’s friendly and the same time professional which makes every workout feel motivating and achievable. Her constant encouragement has kept me going even on tough days. She’s the best !

My gym membership expired last week and I will never go back because the air conditioning hasn't been working for months. Inside the women's GYM you feel like you're in a sauna, not a gym. You can't do workout, you feel dizzy, and sweat is dripping off your clothes. Instead of a gym membership, I'd rather go and take a sauna. I don't advise women to join the gym because they will suffer the same thing.

District Gym is an amazing place to focus on your training, highly recommended, also amazing staff ( Especially Rehani - she is the Gym Queen ) ❤️
