I got a frizz free treatment and I just love the outcome my hair is so healthy and fresh and I got so many compliments the ladies there are so nice and sweet overall it was an amazing experience I would 100% recommend

I had a horrible experience at Divalicious Salon. During a face waxing session, they burned my entire neck. What’s worse is that they took no accountability for it at the time. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, they later asked one of their employees to message me personally to apologize — after which I chose to let it go. However, I am still suffering the consequences of that burn. More recently, my mother visited the salon for a protein treatment. Not only were the staff extremely rude, but the treatment also completely failed — her hair went back to normal the very next day. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. A salon should prioritize client safety, professionalism, and quality. Unfortunately, Divalicious Salon has failed on all three fronts. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for safe, respectful, and effective service. Their owner does not take any accountability either.

We were roaming around Bur Dubai and spontaneously decided to look for a salon, thinking it might be more affordable in the area. We came across this place and decided to give it a try—but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience. They offer packages that include seven different services, and I selected some from the list. Right from the start, the salon didn’t look very clean or hygienic, which was already a red flag. One of the services I chose was a so-called “herbal facial,” which I picked because I was dealing with hormonal breakouts. The facial process was rough and uncomfortable—the staff member kept rubbing my face repeatedly, especially around my eyes, which I found extremely strange and concerning. At one point, it felt like some of the scrub or cream got into my eyes. She applied at least four different products, and by the end of it, my face was burning. I didn’t complain at the time, but the next morning, I woke up with very swollen eyes—clearly due to the excessive rubbing in that sensitive area and face still burning. During a proper facial, the eye area should be treated with care, or avoided entirely. Then there was the so-called "10-minute massage," which lasted maybe 2 minutes at best. The manicure and pedicure weren’t done hygienically either. Overall, I was really disappointed. My cousin joined me for the visit, and her experience was just as bad. She specifically came in to have an ingrown nail cleaned and even skipped nail polish for that reason. But the technician refused, saying she didn’t know how to do it and would just do things her way. When my cousin asked for eyebrow threading, the lady flat-out refused again and said, “No need.” And they cannot communicate very well! It felt like they thought they knew best, but clearly didn’t. Honestly, I don't think the staff are trained professionals—and I question whether they even understand what proper beauty services should look like.

I had a wonderful experience at Devalicious! It was my first time getting my hair colored in a parlor, and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. Ruksar is truly a gem — the care, attention, and professionalism she showed not just to me but to every customer were outstanding. She made me feel completely comfortable and ensured everything was perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend Devalicious to anyone looking for quality service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Was helped by Ms Mamta today. Fantastic service! She understands the skin type and provides a custom facial that leaves the face feeling lovely and truly pampered. Her massage is very professional and thorough. That's a perfect start to my weekend!
