Really note proffessional service given by Irshad at the counter
We have 1 client who book the shipment with himself. And unfortunately cargo still not clear and currently under storage with DMC. The day client nominate my company to do the clearance, we immediately approach them and request for the warehouse storage charges and DO. We call them more than 30 times, we sent alot of emails but no body responded. This company is one of the worst logistics company we ever encounter. I call them and i connect to alot of extension. I doesn't want to give them star, but i have to so my review will be publish😂 frankly speaking they don't deserve star. 0 Cum service 1 ops 2 sales NOBODY RESPONDED.
The worst customer service! No reply for emails/calls. If someone will answer for call they do not speak English at all. Making them busy only by wasting time. Really really bad operation works.
The worst and very very very unprofessional and extremely bad company. Please don’t waste your time and money and energy to work with them.
