DMG Events

I am getting spammed multiple marketing emails for events I never heard of nor have I ever signed up for, even after I have continuously unsubscribed from them. I realized dmg events holds Big 5 (which I was originally interested in) and connected the dots. If you register for one event, you made the mistake of opening the flood gates of spam marketing emails from dmg events. Good luck dealing with it because i see no way out of it.

Awful service. They make things very complicated. We registered our colleagues for the India Energy event and requested the TAX invoice for the payment many times, no response yet. If you don’t have time replying to emails and phone calls, then send the invoice automatically with confirmation letter. Apart from that, in order to upgrade an attendees for All Access Delegates you need to call them 10 times, send 10 emails and sign contracts. Why making everything so complicated? Worst experience ever

Very bad, Very bad, Very bad services, 😇😇😇😇😇😇 the last few days I have continuously tried to reach their service or marketing team, Mostly time not answer phone, registered their sites no response, if answer phone not get in proper reply and if they transfer call to concern no one answer and given to us other two land line numbers that also same no one answer, and requested to reception team please inform to your team call back to me that also happen more than three time result is same no answer......... I cannot understand what they are thinking or why they are offering a kind of service, as of my experience, this is the first time amazing service yarrrrrrrrrr well done, keep it up DMG team.
