Our family recently embarked on the journey of welcoming a Golden Retriever dog into our home. As first-time dog owners, we found the experience quite challenging. Our energetic pup was excessively jumpy, constantly excited, and difficult to manage both inside our apartment and during walks. This made it hard to truly enjoy our time with him, despite his inherent kindness and friendliness. His inability to control his emotions added to our frustration. However, our experience took a remarkable turn after enrolling him in the Dog Spot Training Center. In just a few weeks, the transformation in his behavior was astonishing. At merely eight months old, he began to exhibit a natural calmness, refraining from jumping around the house and maintaining a respectful distance. During our walks, he became noticeably more composed, even in the presence of other dogs. Additionally, he ceased chewing on our furniture and leashes, which was a tremendous relief. Thanks to the high-quality training provided by the skilled trainers at the Dog Spot Training Center, our relationship with our dog has improved dramatically. Where once we lived in a state of constant stress due to our inexperience, we now enjoy a peaceful and happy life with our well-behaved companion. I started working with Dog Spot back in August when I adopted my girl, Cleo, from the SMURO rescue organization. Cleo was timid and had been neglected by her previous family before being surrendered to SMURO. As a first-time dog mom, I had countless questions, and both Cleo and I needed a lot of support. The Dog Spot team has been absolutely amazing throughout this journey. Cleo is now healthy, happy, and much more confident. She adores her handlers and gets so excited when they come to pick her up for daycare. The team is incredibly responsive on WhatsApp and always tries to be as flexible as possible to help out. My German Shepherd puppy, who was messing my whole house and had weak legs (often in GSD), came back a month later, sorry to be rude, like a brand new dog and my dog is my kid, he now potty only outdoor, knows all the training commands and with a confirmation of the vet dr he has strong legs 🥰 thank u for the great rate, facility and love to the dogs! Geoomings are great too btw! It’s important ur dog to come back tired from the day cares and look at him!

My wife and I had recently adopted an older dog which initially had issues behaving normally in public, especially around other dogs. I had been looking around for a trainer with no luck, until someone recommended Dog Spot to us. Retha met us for an initial assessment and agreed to train our dog. After even just a few weeks of training, our dog was behaving much better. Retha was very patient working with us, and we also had our dog attend a 10 day boarding training with Dog Spot. We're very happy with the results, and I highly recommend Dog Spot.
