Unfortunately, my experience at dolby cinema dubai marina mall was less than satisfactory. Despite being asked by the manager not to wait for my husband in the lobby to watch the movie , I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. It's disappointing when a business prioritizes arbitrary rules over customer comfort

I don't seem to find any dolby bookings at Dubai Marina Mall lately. Is it still operating or am I missing something?

I made a mistake and booked my movie ticket for Dubai Mall instead of Dubai Marina Mall. But the staffs at Reel Cinemas Dubai Marina Mall were incredibly understanding and supportive! Despite my mistake, the staff went out of their way to assist me. They kindly offered me options to either watch any available movie at their location (although the one I wanted wasn't playing) or provided me with a gift voucher equivalent to the ticket value for later use. I opted for the gift voucher, and I'm so grateful for their flexibility and kindness. This level of customer service is truly remarkable and sets Reel Cinemas apart from the rest. I highly recommend this cinema for not only their excellent facilities but also their outstanding customer care. Kudos to the team!
