One of the worst Experience I had with the Doozy staff Mr. Saad. He is unprofessional I asked him to make insurance for my friend car Tesla I make payment through online The next day afternoon approx after 24 hours my friend went to make Registration for his car After waiting in the long Que they check in system and said your insurance not updated in RTA I called him again he start arguing that instead of making solution. Such a bad Experience I had & very bad service provided by him . I don't suggest anyone to speak with this guy to have insurance. But that's true. Doozy have best rates for insurance, so go for the best with them
Update to my review from 2 weeks ago: Yesterday was the day of my car renewal, and I was asked to share a photo of the car's odometer. I did so after the car passed directly. However, they now refuse to deliver their service, stating that I should have sent the odometer reading early in the morning on the day of renewal. No one had informed me about this requirement beforehand. * Customer service agent says he cannot do anything when it is his fault for not informing the customer. * Very bad experience from the beginning- * Do not be fooled by the good price they offer- it is not worth your time or tension chasing them!
Refused to share insure me because I'm less than 40 years old. Despite having a 15 years license and a letter of no accident certificate.
