We recently returned to Doppelganger at Dubai Mall and were once again blown away by the service especially from Aisha, who helped us on our previous visit as well. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely warm approach made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Aisha remembered our preferences, offered honest advice, and made sure we walked away with exactly what we needed. She’s a true asset to the store, staff like her deserve recognition and promotion. My partner has been stressing out about finding his suit for our wedding for months, within minutes of walking Dana managed to find him the perfect suit that my partner has been looking for! Bad experience today unfortunately. I saw one day a pocket square that staff assured me it's 100% linen. Today I've asked my girlfriend to buy it as she was around. How suprised I was when I opened it and saw that it's not 100% linen but linen/cotton mix. Policy of the shop is no returns for accessories, so I am feeling a little tricked to be honest.
