I recently visited the Dourado Luxury Car showroom, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the stunning collection of luxury cars on display—each one a masterpiece of design and engineering. The showroom itself exudes sophistication, with every detail perfectly curated to highlight the beauty of these exotic vehicles. The sales team was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the cars. " Shinin" took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer.

Be very mindful when dealing with this showroom, so you don't end up in my position. They had a particular lamborghini that I liked and decided to take for inspection (PPI) at my own cost at the dubai lamborghini service center. When it was being inspected, I was informed that the car: - has not been serviced in 3 years and needs a major service - has missing underneath cover plates -has missing engine bay cover keys The service center quoted me more than 92,000 aed for all the issues mentioned above, with the missing plates alone being priced at 42,000 aed. I asked the showroom manager about the missing plates and he sent me a WhatsApp voice message promising and confirming to provide them if I purchase the car. Once I registered the car and paid for it completely, they were quick to wash their hands from this matter, did not provide me with the missing plates, stopped responding to my messages and eventually blocked my number. I ended up having to pay from my own pocket to purchase those missing cover plates, in addition to the previously mentioned expenses.
