Cheap hotel with limited facilities, in the heart of Dubai's Old Bazaar, easy and quick access to Dubai's Old Bazaar

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The room was dirty when I arrived — the bedsheets looked used, and the bathroom had hair in the sink and on the floor. The air conditioning was noisy and barely worked, making it very uncomfortable to sleep at night.

After booking the room for my father who is coming from abroad and since the booking is made under my name they refuse to give the room since the name in booking and guest name is not same . And the receptionist Mr.Rauf he was arguing that I should change the booking name too accept the guest . They didn’t even bother to treat a tourist . If the surname is same they can actually accept the guest . And daughter and father is not different it’s from same family . And I m living in Abudhabi and unable to come there . They made a stupid drama after taking the money . Please don’t book this hotel, there scammers

Stay was excellent I recommend this hotel to all my Frnd’s. Vimal was taking care of my room he was very friendly and cleaning my room very well.
