Downtown Mada Residences by Yanjoon

in general the building is nice clean but what about the playground? this looks heartbreaking! what are the kids to do there? I can't believe the developer spared 10,000 dirhams to make something decent for the kids. and the pool, is it really difficult to make everything more beautiful? you can plant flowers around, I am silent about the fact that you can plant palm trees. a building without a soul, which is a pity. but I'm sure if management tries, this building will have great potential. But now building is absolutely not kid’s friendly .

We were very disappointed by the condition of this place! The lobby and pictures all look new and nice but the actual apartments are TERRIBLE. A complete nightmare. Doorbell didn’t work, walls and doors had been damaged and not repaired (literally bashed in and not even fixed), shower door didn’t close so water would run everywhere, even into the bedroom. There was no heat, the place was freezing and we were told that the apartment we were in and the one next door had broken thermostats. The water took 24 hours to heat up, so couldn’t even shower the first day there. So many problems and no one to help. The front desk claims they are not able to help because the building is operated by Fam Living which is Different than MADA Residences. Very confusing! My girlfriend and I washed our faces and used facial cleansing masks and they charged us for the towels that had mask on and the ones with even just makeup on. They didn’t even try to wash them. They just took pictures of them dirty and charged us an insane amount for them. They held our deposit and refused to refund. It. They were so rude and the place is very full of negative, bad energy. Don’t stay here if you want to enjoy your time in Dubai!!

The apartment was so nice. Each room had an ensuite. We had a 4 bedroom apartment. The layout was good. The pool on the rooftop was nice and had the view of Burk Khalifa. Pool closes at 10pm too.

Still staying here but Famliving staff over commit and under deliver. Specially when u do long term rentals for a family. No fumigation as ants all over the place, not deep cleaning as even shown to the checkin staff/ coordinating member Waqas. Wifi keeps disconnecting and so does the tv signal. Cracks in the bathroom tiles and bathroom issues but the team will only respond once you write to the ceo or take them to the cleaners.

Very nice apartment, clean spacious and a very good location. They provided everything you need. Really liked staying here with my family.
