Downtown Views - The Penthouse

Absolutely horrible experience staying at this place. Every thing in the apartment needed maintenance. Nothing seemed to be working properly and in our 14 day stay we had people coming to fix the issues every single day which meant we couldn’t go out as per our plans (something you would never want on a holiday). There was AC duct leaks in the middle of the night and no one responded until next afternoon, kitchen sink leaks, gas hob burners were broken, bathroom sinks were blocked and endless other issues. We would never recommend this place to anyone as the team just turned out unresponsive at the end. They should have been decent enough to acknowledge that our holiday was ruined because of their poor management and tried to find a way to compensate it in some way and not give us discounts for future stays which we would never take. It was totally unacceptable behaviour by the management team and as we hired the apartment privately from them they took advantage of the situation by simply not answering our calls and ignoring our messages.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a fantastic place to stay in Business Bay! The location is perfect – close to all the action yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The amenities exceeded my expectations, with everything from capsule beds to sparkling clean bathrooms and kitchen. The manager is simply amazing – always available, super friendly, and genuinely cares about the guests. Cleanliness is a top priority here, and it shows. This hostel sets the standard for comfort and convenience in Dubai. Don’t think twice about booking!

Great value for money! Hostel policies are well implemented, and the location is super strategic. The guests were respectful and kind, which made my stay even better. I transferred here from another hostel due to cleanliness issues, and the first thing I asked was if that wouldn't be a problem here. They reassured me, and were absolutely right—I enjoyed every minute of my stay! Hands down the best hostel experience I've had in Dubai. Highly recommend! 🙌🏻

Just awesome. My first hostel experience and everything was better than I expected. You never feel like there are 8 people in one room. You can relax in different places: living room, terrace, pool area, cinema, etc so you never feel bored or narrowed down. It’s really clean and the furniture are modern. I really loved this place and would definitely come back.

This is the best hostel I have ever been to in my life. I travel a lot and have something to compare it to. It is very clean, the staff is friendly, it is convenient and comfortable. All the photos are true to reality, in reality it is even better and I want to stay longer. There is everything here, entertainment such as PlayStation, virtual reality glasses, a second large TV for watching movies and programs. A huge veranda area where you can have a good time eating or reading a book, there is also a jacuzzi. Cleanliness is at the highest level, rooms are cleaned every day. There is a kitchen where you can cook and store food, a washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board. The bed itself was large and spacious, not claustrophobic like in other capsule hostels I have been to, there is adjustable lighting, sockets and a shelf, there is also a curtain that preserves your privacy. There is a wardrobe for things, a place for suitcases and a bedside table under the bed that you can lock with your own lock to store important things. This is definitely the best option for the price-quality ratio. There are mostly young people 25-35 here, nice busy people who are sociable and have something to talk about. Now I don't even know if it's worth renting an apartment and living alone when there is such a wonderful option that is at a good price and is so cool. I definitely recommend it, you can have no doubt, you will like it here
