Dr. Azra Vaziri is an aesthetic physician licensed by the DHA (Dubai Health Authority) and the DOH (Department of Health, Abu Dhabi), with over 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She practises in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and is known for a deliberately conservative approach: treatments that refresh the face without ever looking done. She is also a trainer. Dr. Azra is an Aptos Threads certified international trainer, holds the Allergan MD Codes distinction, is an international trainer for the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, spoke at the IMCAS World Congress 2024 in Paris and was an invited speaker at Dubai Derma 2023. She teaches masterclasses to injectors and doctors across the UAE. TREATMENTS Injectables - Botox, dermal fillers, lip fillers, jawline and chin contouring. WHAT TO EXPECT Every patient starts with a face-to-face assessment - the face at rest, in movement and in proportion - not a price list. Dr. Azra explains what is actually causing the concern you came in with, which treatments would genuinely address it, and which would not. Where something can wait, or where the honest answer is no treatment at all, she will say so. You leave with a written plan and a clear price before anything is booked. Most injectable appointments take 30 to 45 minutes with little or no downtime, and a follow-up review is included. COMMON QUESTIONS Will it look obvious? No - that is the basis of the practice. Dr. Azra treats conservatively and prefers to build gradually over two sessions rather than overfill in one. How long do results last? Botox typically lasts 3 to 6 months. Most dermal fillers last 6 to 18 months depending on the product and the area treated. Skin treatments such as Profhilo and polynucleotides are given as a short course, then maintained. Is it safe? All treatments are performed by a licensed physician using regulated, brand-name products.
