Dr Chidamber is one of the most competent doctors in Opthalmology. I visited his clinic in 2006 for the first time when i was diagnosed (by another doc) with Retinal Detachment. Around the time, patients wouldn't get an appointment earlier than 2, 2½ months but he was so kind that i was operated upon, successfully the very next day of my fist visit. Even after lapse of 17 years, i still follow him. Now he's no longer my doctor, but a FRIEND who is always there to listen and deal with friendly, sympathetically and professionally. So, Chidambar Srinivas is the name of a soulful, decent, humble and friendly human being and a doctor, brimming with experience, proficiency, expertise and command in Opthalmology. We started consulting Dr. Chidamber 13 years ago when our first daughter was 2 years old. His precise diagnosis, treatments, and support greatly helped us to manage her condition and helped her to carry on with school activities as any child with normal vision. Regular consultations with him led to the early diagnosis and treatment of our second daughter's eye condition as well, at 4 years. We moved out of UAE a few years ago but we still go back to him for our yearly consultations. An extremely professional doctor with quiet confidence and heaps of kindness.
