DR Courier & Cargo LLC - Al Karama

I want to share a cautionary note regarding our experience with this cargo company. Unfortunately, our interaction has been extremely disappointing. They do not have a working mobile contact number. Their landline goes unanswered despite multiple attempts. Although they claim the delivery takes 45 days, this appears to be only a verbal assurance—they have not honored this timeline. Our follow-up queries have gone completely unanswered. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to consider a more reputable cargo service, even if it comes at a higher cost. Reliable customer support and clear communication are worth it. Based on our experience, we will not be using this service again

Worst courier service i have ever seen. It's been 4 months i sent my courier to kerala and till not received. The package is unable to track in the site and no response from the team when I tried to contact via call, WhatsApp and even through their email. If you are a professional service team with a 2 decades of experience, then atleast respond to the complaints and give update on the same. Fed up with this poor service Worst at all time.

More then 30days past I m back to dubai but still no reply 03/07/2024.

I had the worst experience with Dr Cargo. I shipped my cargo to India in March, and even after 76 days, it has not been delivered. There is absolutely no customer support they keep giving the same excuse: "waiting for clearance." Now, all their contact numbers are switched off. It seems they don't care about their customers at all. On the rare occasion when a call does go through, they give another lame excuse: "Our warehouse is shifting." This explanation makes no sense and feels completely dishonest. Overall, it's been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would never recommend Dr Cargo to anyone.

One of worst company who doesn’t have manners to run the business. I sent my parcel to India in March 2025 but till today no update and no contact, Phone number always switched off .. sometime it gets ringing but not responding. If anyone know how to file a complaint against them in dubai police then please contact me and advise .. I have very important documents in my parcel but this company not bothering at all. No proper office and ran away from Al quoz
