Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommending Dr. Nutrition Online Dubai I decided to give Dr. Nutrition’s online service a second try, hoping that this time the experience would be smoother — unfortunately, it was even worse than my previous one. I placed an order expecting express delivery within 30–60 minutes as advertised. Instead, I received a call from the delivery driver saying they were going to deliver to a completely different location than the one I had clearly entered. In the end, he told me the order wouldn’t be delivered at all. I contacted customer service, and the agent advised me to cancel the first order and place a new one, assuring me that the second order would be delivered to the correct address. I followed the instruction and placed a new order — only to receive another call saying the item wasn’t available at the nearest branch and couldn’t be delivered either on the same day. So now, I’ve placed two orders, both were cancelled, and I’m left with no item and a pending refund that they said will take 7 to 10 working days. This experience was frustrating and completely disappointing. I may not shop with them again. To the management: Fix your online system. If an item is not available near the customer’s location, it should not appear as available. If a delivery area is not serviceable, the system should not allow the transaction to proceed. Refunds should be processed faster for cancelled orders — 7 to 10 working days is unreasonable in such cases. I hope this feedback helps improve your service, because right now, it’s far from acceptable.

Honestly, without any exaggeration, I deeply regret dealing with this company. I have truly never seen worse customer service, a worse overall experience, such unprofessionalism, lack of responsibility, and complete disregard for the issue from the very beginning! For 10 business days I have been trying to reach out to solve the problem, but every time I only receive useless responses. Until now, I still do not know where my paid order is, who received it after you, where I can track it, or when it will arrive! None of these questions have been answered. What makes it even more frustrating is that during 14 days of following up, no one from customer service has ever apologized or spoken in a professional manner—except for one agent who was at least polite, but still provided no real help. Avoid ordering from their website! Many items shown as “available” are actually out of stock, but the site doesn’t reflect that. They take your payment without informing you that they can’t fulfill the order. No one contacts you, and customer service is absolutely terrible—unresponsive and unprofessional. After multiple emails and phone calls, my order was simply cancelled after 4 days, and I still haven’t received a refund. Don’t waste your time or money with them p.s.: 8th day - no order, no refund. Seems they are scammers

It's the best place to pick your nutritional products from. Multiple brands and options available with the best offer and discounts. Products manufactured and labelled tasted from the UK, US and other EU countries. The staff are very supportive and knowledgeable... Overall a 5*.

One of the worst experiences i ever had second time..the representative are not cooperating not helpful at all... And till now the refund didn't happen.. if you order something from them and you requested to refund your money its better not to... Had ordered 3 products which hasn't been delivered for 5 days.
