I consulted this doctor for my mother, who suffers from Crohn’s disease. After his recommendation to start Stelara injections, we purchased the injections from another country based on his prescription. However, there was no mention that a specific filter was required for the injections, which caused delays and added stress to our situation. During this time, the doctor referred us to other specialists, making it difficult to follow up on my mother’s condition. Eventually, I took my mother to France for the necessary tests, and I sent the reports to the doctor out of respect, just to keep him updated on her condition. One day I received a call from the clinic that the doctor want to see my mom , I didn’t ask for any consultation . They are the one who calling me , I didn’t ask for consultation and I was surprised to receive a bill of 600 dirhams simply because the doctor reviewed the reports of France that I had already sent him. When I called to ask a simple question about the timing of the next injection, the doctor was unwilling to assist without additional payment but in a way it is not good The consultation of whatsp it was only about this issue about stelara because he didn’t mention about filter and everytime I was checking with him about that . Novomad have a good service and the nurses as well but the way the doctor spoke to me not good at all In my personal experience, I wish there had been better communication and transparency regarding my mother’s treatment.”

I was hoping for a genuine conversation to understand my body and build a connection to feel better, especially as someone dealing with constipation. Unfortunately, my consultation with this doctor was far from informative or engaging. The doctor didn't educate me about my condition, explain gut health, or ask specific questions. The session ended in 15 minutes with a prescription, lacking detailed instructions or explanations. I expected an in-depth conversation about a significant health issue, but it felt rushed and impersonal. I will seek another doctor who can provide the care and understanding I need.

Dr.Tarek Saleh , is one of the best doctors that i have meet in my life he checks on his patients daily , and all ways on WhatsApp with me when ever i need him . I got a gastric balloon there over a year ago, my experience was horrible. The nutritionist and staff were really sweet, however the doctor did not care about his patients at all. He just wanted to do the procedure, get the money, and leave. You could tell he only cared about monetary gain. Throughout the six months, he only saw me once, two weeks after the procedure. Mind you I did not see him after the procedure and after the removal. Most doctors would check in with their patients after any type of procedure, but not him. During my two week checkup, he would dismiss all of my concerns. I told him that I couldn't even drink water or take my painkillers without throwing up, and he would tell me that I'm doing something wrong or shame me for being "dramatic". I was extremely uncomfortable for 6 months, and I am still experiencing negative side effects one year later. My stomach still bloats up for no reason and I can't wear anything tight around it (including bras) because I feel extreme discomfort in my stomach. Most people are able to work out while having the balloon in, but I was constantly uncomfortable and in pain I couldn't do much but stay in bed. I did lose 10 kg's, but not more than that. My friend who got it a week or two before me at the time has now gotten a gastric sleeve and her doctor told her that her stomach was very stretched due to the balloon, which was of course causing a lot more weight gain. I did my research on the procedure, but unfortunately not on this particular doctor as I did it because my friend told me about this one clinic. I didn't know much at the time, but please do more research on the doctor you're going to before doing any procedure. I've seen on another review that the clinic claimed they didn't see the patient who gave them a bad review, but I assure you that the review seems to fit with my experience.
