Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I contacted this company on May 17 to schedule a drainage inspection using a camera. They confirmed availability on any day and time, requesting only a one-day notice. I followed up on May 18, provided all necessary details including the GPS location, and received acknowledgment of my message. On the day of the scheduled inspection, I called them before 9:47 AM to confirm the arrival time. I was told to wait for 2 minutes while they checked with the team. After that, they stopped answering calls altogether. I called multiple times, sent WhatsApp messages (which were seen), yet received no response. If they were unable or unwilling to do the job, a simple message would have sufficed. Instead, I was left completely in the dark without any update or courtesy follow-up. This is not the level of professionalism one expects from a company that promotes itself as reliable and client-focused. Very disappointed and would not recommend based on this experience.
