Dreamland Aqua Park

I recently visited dreamland aqua water park, and it was a very good experience! I enjoyed it so much—everything was well-organized, clean, and fun. Thank you for providing such a great time. I’m looking forward to coming again!

The best aqua park in UAE ! Little bit old but well maintained. Safety at top. Super friendly staff. Family friendly. Entry fees reasonnable. Almost zero queue. Only negative point: 500ml water only allowed per head which is clearly forcing you to buy inside at a non reasonnable price. All in all, went with family and we loved it !

Great place for kids and families with friendly and attentive lifeguard staff. Even on weekends, the atmosphere is relaxed, and you can enjoy all the activities without feeling rushed. However, the management staff could use training in guest handling and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience with their approach was disappointing. For example, I was carrying a bag with personal items and realized there was no place to store it. When I attempted to return it to my vehicle, I was informed that re-entry wasn’t allowed after exiting, which I understand is the policy. However, this wasn’t communicated beforehand, and the way the staff explained it lacked professionalism and courtesy. Better communication and a polite approach to first-time visitors would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

Visited during the holidays and was quite disappointed. Almost all the rides require you to carry the heavy balloons/tubes all the way up yourself, which is exhausting. Unlike other water parks that use an automatic rail system to bring the tubes back up, here it’s all manual – and in the heat, that’s a big letdown. Because of this, there are long queues everywhere – one to get a tube, and another to get on the ride. On average, we had to wait 30+ minutes for a single ride, which really kills the fun. Another issue: they advertise ride access from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, but the rides were already shut down by 7:30 PM, cutting our time short. And then there’s the drinking water – unbelievably overpriced. You’d think with all the physical effort required just to enjoy a ride, they’d at least keep water at a reasonable rate. Everyone looked completely exhausted from dragging those balloons upstairs. Overall, not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. It feels more like a workout session than a day of fun. Definitely not worth the ticket price.
