Berna is amazing. It is nice to find a nail technician that is really qualified. In my years of living in Dubai going to many salons and being frustrated with the lack of experience, finding her, has been a great pleasure I am giving her 7* she was able to find a solution for my nail issue that they break and chip easily. However I am giving salon 4 stars because it took me about 20 minutes to make a simple appointment, I was unable to get a direct transfer to the salon. I was told I have to wait for a call back which came 15 minutes later. I was waiting in my car. Also I asked for a pricing list and they said it was not available nor was it displayed on any board.
We just had an amazing massage, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Both therapists Widya and Pebri were incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and every detail , from pressure to technique , was just perfect. We left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and grateful. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience, we will definitely be coming back!
Professional and no funny business. Great service and customer treatment. Customers are respected greatly here and get the highest attention. Best massage place in Dubai with no competition. This is a real spa that gives real certified services for clients unlike the many other shady places in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
