The biggest shoutout to Houssam Al Danaf, who I was fortunate enough to be contacted by around 2 years ago for an opportunity to rent/sell my apartment. What stood out to me was his very positive attitude while keeping his commercial approach very professional and caring more on building the client relationship and trust. He was never pushy when I told him I have no need at that time, but I saved his contact details and 2 years after, I reached out and we signed a property management agreement then closing the deal in only 4 days after listing the apartment - that’s a great success and wouldn’t have happened without a dedicated person like, Houssam. From the very first viewing, he was polite, professional, and really knew the details of the property (which isn’t always the case with agents in Dubai).
