If you’re looking for a masterclass in how not to manage a property, look no further than this building’s management team. 🥴✨ Where do I even begin? They seem to thrive on making random changes without informing tenants—because why bother with communication when you can just surprise everyone like it’s April Fool’s every month? Facilities? Barely working. But don’t worry, they’ll still find creative ways to charge you for things you never even knew existed. Absurd fines? Oh yes. And the best part? No warning, no notice, just a nice surprise invoice for your collection. Now for the cherry on top: try requesting something as basic as parking access. Suddenly it’s all, “DLD policy this, DLD policy that.” Apparently, the solution is to pay extra for new parking so you can get the access like we’re at an auction even if you have enough reason and proper request. Very amusing. 😂 I’m currently compiling evidence and preparing to file a case with RERA. To anyone thinking of moving in: if you enjoy chaos, hidden fees, and gaslighting over “policy,” you’ll love it here. The rest of us? We’re just trying to survive the circus. 🎪

Most technicians are knowledgeable. Few need a bit of training probably. They are polite and courteous. Staff in the front office are also courteous. Keep it up. Cost of service / materials could be considered for reduction. Materials cost a lot if acquired from you

Sometimes communication is difficult in Dubai, especially when things go wrong, you are stressed, and you don't know how to fix them. The new staff of DSC FS are patient, kind, and helpful. They are willing to spend the time to explain, offer advice, and find solutions. Response times are far better than before. Repairs are made quickly and efficiently. And prices are good.
