A very beautiful business tower located at the Business bay. You can find out a lot of restaurants and quick bite shops in here.
Residential, offices, clinic, grocery, laundry services - they seem to have all the basic you need in Downtown. Good view of Burj too in the midst of buildings and al! #DowntownDubai

It is a business tower. Nice and clean. Just steps away from bay avenue that has a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is available using green parking that gives you 2 hours free then 10 AED/HOUR.
