I wanted to commend Du Burjuman Mall for their outstanding customer service. Mr Arvind "The representative I spoke with"was not only very polite but also extremely resourceful. They provided me exceptional well detail clear information about Du products, that made my experience so much easier. Thank you for such a positive interaction!

I’ve been a loyal du customer for over 8 years, and I’ve never experienced such poor customer service until today. The lady at the du counter was extremely inattentive and unhelpful. She didn’t seem interested in assisting me at all and made the whole interaction feel like a burden. It’s really disappointing to be treated this way, especially after being with the company for so long. Sorry to say, but this kind of service is unacceptable. I hope du takes this seriously and works on improving the attitude and professionalism of their front-desk staff.

No complaints about Du’s services, everything’s working fine. But I did notice something a bit off with one of the staff members (not the Filipino officer). When I walked up, he seemed completely absorbed in his phone and didn’t really acknowledge that a customer was standing there.
