This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I visited the DU Service Center at Al Khaleej Center, Dubai, and the experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and not at all helpful. No one was ready to answer my questions properly. I waited for a long time with no clear communication or support. When I asked for assistance, I was ignored or spoken to in a careless way. It felt like the staff were not interested in helping customers. I expected professional service from a big company like DU, but this visit was a total failure. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this center to anyone. DU should seriously train their staff and improve how they treat customers.

Visited the du store at Khaleej Center today and had a great experience thanks to their client handling executive, Mr. Mohamed Mufeed. I needed to change my Virgin postpaid number to a du prepaid number, and Mr. Mufeed was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. The service itself was quite fast, but I did notice that the du software was a bit slow, especially when it came to loading documents. This did cause a slight delay, but Mr. Mufeed’s efficiency and friendly demeanor more than made up for it. He stayed patient and ensured that everything was processed correctly despite the technical hiccups. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received. If you need any du services, I highly recommend visiting the Khaleej Center store and asking for Mr. Mohamed Mufeed. His professionalism and willingness to assist made the experience smooth and stress-free. Great customer service can be hard to find, but you can definitely count on it here.

Absolutely pathetic experience. The center clearly mentions a 10:00 PM closing time, but when we reached at 9:20 PM, the staff had already shut off the lights and declared themselves “closed.” When we asked for assistance, they flat-out refused and showed zero willingness to listen. One of the representatives, Arshad, even raised his voice and got aggressive when I tried to document the situation. To make it worse, another customer walked in after us, and instead of hearing him out, the staff immediately cut him off, saying, “We’ve stopped the Multi SIM plan – if you’re here for that, we can’t help.” They didn’t even let him explain what he needed. The staff had packed their bags and were clearly just waiting for 10 PM to leave — with zero interest in actually helping anyone. If you’re not open till 10, don’t mislead people with false timings. Extremely unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have visited this place 3 times in last 7 days , most common thing what i noticed is staff always are on break ,they won’t try to help customer , a lady I don’t want to take her name(s) she is always rude and don’t know how to speak with customers. Today I visited twice just for final payment of postpaid it’s not done yet , We take time to reach here , pay parking fees but this guys taking customers for granted . Office close at 10pm I reached here 8:20pm , 4 staffs are working and hardly there is 5 customers still I can’t take appointment , systems shows queue is full . I asked a staff here , he is like payment will close by 8:20pm. Don’t visit here , it’s waste of your time . @DU management please teach your staff how to treat customer and train the soft skills When DU agents calls us for post paid connection , they are very kind and humble , but when same customer walkin these kind of store , they don’t keep same standard. @area manager /Owner Instead of apologising on review , just go through the customer who rated less , all are similar Complaints still it’s same , please make them understand their salaries is paid when cx takes service and pay his hard earned money . Thanks for nothing

The most pathetic customer service I have even seen. The staff doesn't want to provide service and rather push us to go to another branch to get details even without checking for basic information such as account number, business entity name. I moved from one executive to another and both have been so arrogant. I was there to seek a clarity on a bill and make payment but the executives there have treated so rude that I can neither get a clarity not should be able to make payment. Thanks Du.. never again !
