du Store - Mall of Emirates Metro

I recently visited du MOE for a SIM replacement and, while the line for customer service was quite long, I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of self-service kiosks. I used one and was done in less than 30 minutes! The process was smooth, convenient, and very efficient. It’s great to see such helpful options available. I do hope that in the future, du also provides an option to complete this process entirely online so we can save even more time. Overall, a very positive experience!

I hate this place !!! I’d like to raise a serious concern about the extremely slow service at DOO in Mall of the Emirates. The staff are often chatting, sitting around, and moving at an unreasonably slow pace. It’s honestly frustrating — I don’t think I’ve experienced such poor service anywhere else. If management doesn’t take this seriously, I’m sure more and more customers will start leaving negative feedback. Please consider providing proper training and encouraging your team to work more efficiently and professionally. Right now, it feels like no one really cares about the customer experience.

DU what is this? The worst services ever. You have lots of staff but, why the service calling the number attending the clients or consumer takes anlot of time. Do something about this very slow in catering the clients or consumers. Its rush hour, why lots of empty desk that need to fill in some staff. DU (Don't Understands) the needs and importance of the time of each clients and cosumers.
