I’ve been a customer of Dubai Audio for many years and have always had an excellent experience with them. Mr Adil and the entire team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and, above all, so willing to help with any questions or support I’ve needed over the years. I bought a Linn system from them many years ago, and it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made. Every time I’ve had a query, whether big or small, they’ve been patient and thorough in their advice. It’s rare to find this level of care and expertise these days, and that’s why Dubai Audio has always been my go-to for anything audio-related in Dubai. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality systems and exceptional service.

Sometimes you may feel shy to visit a high end audio store. This is not one of those cases. From the moment I started my enquiry, to the shop visit and the audition experience I felt welcomed and very well treated. The team is well versed in any audiophile queries. You can really challenge and learn at the same time. Special thanks to Mr Adil who was amazing at all times, even through my pesky WhatsApp messaging :) So, did I get something? Well, I went searching for some Sonus Fabers… left with a pair of Klipsch Heresy IV…in the end it’s a matter of personal preference.. the audition is the key… So just make your list, go to Dubai Audio and find out which is to your taste. Repair was quick and seamless. I have drop the device 17th of July 2025, repair was quick I was able to get it 21st of July. They charge us inspection fee of AED 450 upfront.

Where can someone start for Dubai Audio? Pretty much one of the few places anywhere in the world that you can come close to a full high-end unsolicited audio experience - yes, in their 2 state-of-art showrooms in Dubai. They carry, pretty much, every audiophile brand that anyone should know. They keep in-stock so many items that people, even in the US, are waiting for months on backorder and a lot are on display or demo. But Dubai Audio is far from a biased dealer, they will guide you through the entire experience and advice you, based on your objectives, restrictions and experiences, on how to go on about your music experience journey. They are more of an “audiophile concierge”. Their technical team (in-house) is one of the best I have met in the world (and I have met plenty) and will tell you more than any “influencer” video you watch on YouTube, unbiased. They will support throughout the process and after sales. Still, pretty much everywhere in the world, when your high-end gear breaks-down, this means months of wait for the item to travel to the factory - Dubai Audio is qualified in-house to do product support in most cases. Most importantly, Dubai Audio is made and represented by people that are Audiophiles themselves. Their music background is very deep and wide, they are themselves users of the brands they represent, and that says a lot. They enabled for me something that wouldn’t seem feasible when I started my journey 28 years ago, to be the happy and humble owner of a full McIntosh system driving Wilson Audio speakers, I am grateful for this as it wouldn’t have happened without Ali and the team. If you are visiting Dubai, or live in Dubai, paying a visit to Dubai Audio will unveil to you a perspective to the music you love (humanity lives with music for over 3,500 years) that you never thought possible. I recently had the opportunity to upgrade my home theater system through Dubai Audio, where I opted for the installation of a Klipsch home theater system, paired with the Onkyo 6100 receiver. Dubai Audio is the exclusive distributor for Klipsch, which assured me of the quality and authenticity of the products. The setup I chose includes the RP 5000 F2 floor-standing speakers, a 404C2 center channel, a powerful 1200 SW subwoofer, 500M2 surround speakers elegantly mounted on stable stands, and the 500 SA2 Dolby Atmos upfiring speakers. I would like to specifically acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Mark from Dubai Audio. Initially, I had some concerns due to my experience with a few other representatives, but Mark’s professionalism and expertise turned things around. He went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, offering invaluable advice and guidance throughout the process. His commitment to customer satisfaction was instrumental in my decision to proceed with the purchase. Mark took great care to tailor the system to my exact preferences, understanding my passion for audio and my desire for perfection in every detail. Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to the owner of Dubai Audio, Mr. Ali, and especially Mr.Amir, who both ensured that I was fully satisfied by providing the necessary support from their partners at Alpha Audio. Amir was an absolute gem and loved his level of professionalism. For anyone seeking an exceptional home theater setup, Dubai Audio is the premier destination. I didn’t put the grills on as I love the looks of the speakers without them. Last I didn’t give full 5 stars because of my initial experience.
