Dubai Central Laboratory - Customer Happiness Center

I am using Dubai central laboratory for Pearls, Gemstones and Gold Testing. All staff are very polite and helpful. They are always try to give service as soon as possible.

They consistently demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, showing genuine care for customers and resolving issues with kindness and efficiency. Their courteous approach and ability to handle various situations reflect a positive image of the company they represent. Today visited dubai Laboratory-happiness Centre for the appreciation for testing our products and the staff were very helpful to us for the processing of samples. I thank Mr.Ahmed Khalistan Al Mesmari for is support.

Today i went there for a sample submission and i went there before 5 minutes of closing and i was not expecting such a good welcome from them....! All of them were very nice especially Mohammad Ali at the reception...He was a very nice Guy and very helpful.

No words to explain their service , outstanding people in the right place -- Hatts off to Eng.Yaseen ( Block "C2") Mr.Rafeeq (Block "C2") Mr.Alben (Block "C2")- and I really felt the best service in life from them..People like above mentioned makes it outstanding Dubai...Thanks alot to the Officials of DCL.
