Assalam o Alaikum I just want to sincerely thank the Special Medical Help Department for the incredible support they provided during my niece’s surgery. From the very beginning, everyone I spoke with was kind, caring, and truly helpful. Their quick response and willingness to assist meant the world to us. What really touched me was how humane and compassionate they were throughout the entire process. It wasn’t just about medical help — it was about genuinely caring for people, and that made all the difference. Honestly, you are a true example of what it means to stand by others in difficult times. We felt supported, heard, and cared for every step of the way. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being there when we needed it most.

Assalam o Alaikum please guide me what should we do we need genuine help my husband have loan his salary cutted in loans after we are not able to pay our rent or both kids school fees it's too hard to manage things I have all documents to show if possible to help us in school fees or rent so we will finish loan as soon as possible otherwise its take 4 to 5 years to finish please 🙏

I have been to the main branch Dubai charity for the help of my kids school fee after my husbands death but no one answered well...also since three years i tried to open my file and submit the request but always it says full...The best is Sharjah charity organisation...
