If i could give less than 5 stars, I definitely would. I was appalled by the rude behaviour of the person I dealt with over the phone. And what's with the random cut-offs while having a conversation? It was extremely frustrating. I accidentally opted for this courier company without checking their reviews. The person even left rude whatsapp voicemails which I can happily show anyone as proof. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. I've never had such a bad experience with any delivery company. Every other company except this company was courteous, listening and did their best work. They act like they are doing a charity service. Don't believe me? Just call them and experience it yourselves. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional experience. Not only was the delivery late, but when I called to get an update, my call was deliberately cut off—and they never bothered to respond afterward. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I will not be dealing with this company again and strongly advise others to stay away.

This is extremely disappointing service. They don’t even deserve a single star. The driver was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills—he called me via WhatsApp in the UAE and expected me to answer, then completely disappeared afterward.

Very bad customer service, I am frustrated and angry 😡 with your customer service. I will never use this courier service again, I had a delivery from Dubai on 25/05/2025 and it was expected to be delivered on 26/05/2025 around 7am because we used Express airway delivery so that I could get my package very fast but instead even now I have not received my package. I have sent multiple emails and I have been calling but no one has helped me, I just wonder if will I ever get my package??? I have paid for the customs and everything. They don’t even deserve the one star at all.😡💔

Worst ever services. Very un professional staff and delivery guys . They dont know how to deal the customer. I place order there for delivery they agreed with me we will pick parced Saturday and delivery monday morning but they didn't went to pick on Saturday. After they went to pick monday morning ship keep request wait 2 minuts i will verify the product owner is not here there didn't wait and left the shop after sending me messages we can't pick your parcel they waste my 4 days . In last they said find another courier services
